Bibanesi DURUM WHEAT

The workmanship is always the same: we bake them by hand one by one, from a long-rising dough made of a few simple ingredients, enriched with 100% extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to slow baking, Bibanesi release all the intense aroma of Italian durum wheat in the oven.
